“A friend is someone to share the last cookie with.”
I’ve always love chocolate. And biscuits. So combining the two, is INCREDIBLE. Here’s my take on super easy yet extra delicious chocolate chip cookies.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
Cream together the butter, sugar and egg. Then, add the vanilla essence. Beat well.
Mix in the flour. The mixture should be ideally not be sticky.
Throw in as many chocolate chips as you like (I love extra chocolate so I throw quite a lot).
In a well-greased pan, lay out your cookies. They do increase in size and spread a lot, so leave sufficient space between on the tray. Top them off with some more chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven (180 *Celcius) for about 15 minutes (depending on your oven, this may vary). The cookies should be golden brown in colour. They’ll be quite soft when you just remove them from the oven so give them some time to harden and cool.
That’s it! The yummiest, chocolate-iest, easiest chocolate chips cookies you’ll ever made. Go ahead, try them for yourself!
